도르래 석회화: 두 판 사이의 차이

도르래 석회화 (trochlear calcification) 는 1992년 Hart 등^[1]이 처음 보고하였다.

역학

비교적 흔해 12~16 % 의 유병률이 보고되어 있으나 아직까지 보고가 많지 않으며^[1]^[2]^[3], 국내에서는 고 등^[4]의 보고가 유일하다.

위험 인자

관련된 연구가 많지 않아 원인이나 연관 인자에 대하여 명확히 알려져 있지 않다. 나이, 성별, 당뇨, 높은 알칼리 인산 분해 효소 (alkaline phosphatase, ALP) 값 등이 보고된 바 있으나, 나이나 당뇨가 무관하다는 상반된 결과도 보고되어 있다^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4].
