Dexamethasone Intravitreal Implant for Early Treatment and Retreatment of Macular Edema Related to Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion (COBALT 연구)[1]

에서는 오저덱스 주사 후 최대 시력이 18.6 문자 향상되었고, 주사 후 6개월까지 비슷하게 유지되어, 6개월간 1~2회의 적은 주사 횟수로 다른 anti-VEGF 약제들과 동등한 효능을 보였다.
