낭내 혈종 (endocapsular hematoma)[1] 은 백내장 수술 후 발생할 수 있는 출혈로 인공수정체 후면과 수정체 후낭 사이의 낭내 공간에 발생한 출혈이 흡수되지 않고 지속되는 상태를 말한다. 1989년 Thomas[2]에 의해 처음 보고되었으며, 1991년 Hegan[3]에 의해 그 용어가 정립되었다.
