유피 지방종 (dermolipoma) 은 선천성 분리종으로, 노란 빛을 띄는 종괴로 관찰된다.
병인
임신 3~5주에 표면 외배엽의 이동 시 원래 이동해야 할 자리로 가지 못하고 격리되어 발생한다고 알려져 있다[1][2].
임상 소견
주로 외안각에 가까운 눈알 결막의 상측이나 상이측에 위치한다[3][4]. 결막하에 지방 조직, 진피, 결체 조직 등이 있다.
감별 진단
노화에 의한 안와 지방 탈출증과 모양이 유사하여 감별이 필요하다[4][3].
