시클로펜톨레이트 (cyclopentolate) 는 빠른 작용 시간으로 인해 가장 흔히 사용되고 있는 조절 마비제이다[1][2].
기전
항무스카린 제제로서 아세틸콜린에 경쟁적 길항 작용을 하여 홍채 수축 근육과 모양체 근육의 마비를 유발하여 산동과 조절 마비의 작용을 나타낸다[3].
부작용
점안 시 안구 뿐만 아니라 결막 및 코눈물관, 비강을 통한 전신적인 흡수로 체온 변화, 안면 홍조, 중추 신경계 이상 증상 등의 부작용이 증례 보고된 바 있다[4][5].
