유두 주위 맥락막 이상증 (peripapillary choroidal dystrophy)[1] 은 매우 드문 질환이다. atrophia areata, 맥락망막 위축, 나선형 유두주위 맥락망막 변성증 (helicoid peripapillary chorioretinal degeneration) 등으로 불리며, 1939년 Sveinsson 이 처음으로 보고하였다.
