주사침 여과포 복원술

주사침 여과포 복원술 (bleb needle revision)[1]

적응증

여과포에 발생하는 섬유성 피막으로 인해 안압이 상승하게 되는 경우 안압을 낮추기 위해 사용할 수 있는 시술이다.

효과

효과는 60~95%로 보고되고 있으며 경우에 따라서는 반복적인 시술이 필요할 수도 있다[2][3].

추가

복원술 후 추가적으로 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) 를 주사함으로써 복원술의 성공률을 높일 수 있다[4][5].
