데스메막 박리 (descemet's membrane detachment)^[1]

원인

대개 안내 수술, 알칼리에 의한 화학 손상 등에 의해 발생하게 되나, 특발성으로 발생하는 경우도 있다.

치료

작은 병변의 경우 스테로이드와 과삼투압 제재의 안약을 사용하며 경과 관찰할 경우 자연스럽게 다시 부착되나^[2]^[3], 이에 실패하는 경우 공기, 점탄 물질, C₃F₈, SF₆^[4] 가스를 주입하여 부착시키는 것을 시도할 수 있다. 큰 병변의 경우 시력저하를 유발시킬 수 있어 이에 대한 적절한 처치는 매우 중요하다.
