ENV515 (Envisia Therapeutics, Morrisville, NC, USA) 는 막대 모양의 삽입물로 트라보프로스트를 6~12개월 방출한다[1].
연구
전임상 연구
고안압[2] 및 정상 안압[3] 비글을 대상으로 한 연구로, 단일 삽입 후 8개월동안 안압을 낮추는 효과가 지속되었으며 안전성과 내약성이 우수한 것으로 나타났다.
임상 연구
논문으로 발표되지는 않았지만, 제조사는 임상시험 자료를 ClinicalTrials.gov 에 공개했다[4]. 연구에 따르면 ENV515 단일 용량은 11개월 동안 안압을 6.7±3.7 mmHg 감소시켰다.
