SRK

SRK (Sanders-Retzlaff-Kraff)^[1] 공식은 Retzlaff^[2]^[3], Sanders, Kraff^[4] 등이 안축장과 각막 굴절력을 이용하여 술 후 정시안이 될 수 있는 A상수를 각 인공수정체마다 실험적으로 산출한 실험적인 공식을 1980년에 발표하였다.

P = A - 2.5×L - 0.9×K
(※ P : 삽입할 인공수정체 도수, A : A상수, L : 안축장, K : 평균 각막 곡률)
