기저판 침착물

바닥판 침착물 (basal laminar deposit)^[1] 은 RPE 기저막 앞쪽, RPE 바깥쪽에 침착된 축적물을 말한다^[2]. RPE에서 분해 과정의 기능 이상으로 분비된 것으로 여겨지며,143,144 OCT에서 double-layer sign 으로 보일 수 있다^[3].

분류

초기 바닥판 침착물 : 정상노화 및 초기 혹은 후기 AMD 에서 보일 수 있다.
후기 바닥판 침착물 : 지도모양 위축나 맥락막 신생혈관 등 후기 AMD에서 더 자주 발견된다^[4].

성분

4형 콜라겐, heparan sulfate proteoglycans, 라미닌 등으로 이루어져 있으며, 부분적으로 RPE 기저막과 유사하다^[5].
